It’s familiar, reassuring. You’re surrounded by your own team. People get to know your style as a trainer, and before long, everyone settles into a rhythm: the same people tend to speak up, others prefer to listen. You can flex the session to suit the energy in the room - days mean shorter delivery, while quieter periods mean more room for participation and reflection. And because everyone understands the context in which the tools will be used, there's a shared sense of purpose. People can hold each other to account afterwards. It’s cohesive. It’s comfortable.</p><p>And yes - hopefully, they’re learning from us too!</p><p>The value of in-house sessions is clear. But what you <em>don’t</em> get is the opportunity to test those tools in very different settings. You don’t see how they land across industries, or how they adapt to other ways of working. You know the tools are useful, but you don’t get to discover <em>just how</em> flexible and wide-reaching they really are.</p><p>That’s why we’re excited to be building a cross-sector, cross-industry programme. Because something quite special happens when you mix things up with professional development.</p><h2 id="8e77b50f-e3f6-4e93-bdbe-b479b5bb9257" data-toc-id="8e77b50f-e3f6-4e93-bdbe-b479b5bb9257">The power of mixed perspectives</h2><p>Between us, we’ve attended a lot of training sessions. And without question, the most impactful ones were those where the participants came from entirely different industries and sectors. There’s something incredibly powerful about hearing a perspective from someone in a totally different world.</p><p>Each of us can name the moment that changed how we saw a topic - someone said something that made us stop, reframe, and rethink. For me, it was a woman working in big data for a public sector organisation. I’d been talking about top-down and bottom-up thinking for years. But she showed me what true bottom-up thinking looked like. I saw the world through her lens, and I’ve used her positive example in every MBTI debrief I’ve delivered since.</p><p>This kind of insight is hard to replicate in a single-organisation session. It’s the kind of learning that only happens in a diverse, curious, open community.</p><h2 id="60a35b48-9df0-4616-9685-d137dfb51506" data-toc-id="60a35b48-9df0-4616-9685-d137dfb51506">And right now, that kind of development is harder to come by</h2><p>Budgets for learning and development are shrinking. Big corporates are trimming costs. SMEs, under pressure from rising wages and the cost of living, are putting training on hold out of necessity.</p><p>But that doesn’t mean the need has gone. If anything, it’s grown. There are so many natural learners out there - people who love to grow, who feel energised by new thinking - who are being left without opportunities to stretch themselves.</p><p>This space is for you.</p><h2 id="ff14773e-21e7-4028-a678-6184e2c489fd" data-toc-id="ff14773e-21e7-4028-a678-6184e2c489fd">Something for every stage, every budget</h2><p>We’re offering four levels of membership. From a simple, affordable entry point - giving you access to our community and the chance to ask for advice - to a full, high-touch experience that includes coaching and deep-dive support.</p><p>You might start with the lowest tier, then gradually explore our library of tools and sessions. Or you might join at the top level for a few focused months during a job change, a promotion push, or a particularly tricky challenge.</p><p>We’re keeping our sessions small. This isn’t a high-volume, webinar-for-the-masses model. It’s a tailored, multi-session programme designed to offer real, practical support - and most importantly, connection.</p><p>You’ll be able to pay monthly or annually (with a saving for annual subscriptions), and we’re aiming to run at least 25 live training sessions in our first year.</p><p>But truly, the most valuable learning won’t just come from us. It will come from the people alongside you in the community. That’s where we believe the real magic will happen.</p><p></p>
