Welcome to the Work Well Now Community!

This is the community page for Work Well Now, a learning and coaching community run by Jenefer Morgan and Heather Worsfold. If you’re reading this, it means you’ve joined us — and we’re delighted to have you here.

As coaches, facilitators, and organisational behaviour specialists, we focus on two key things:

Helping people work smarter — achieving “better” with less time and effort.
Supporting people to navigate the inevitable challenges that work loves to throw at us all from time to time.

This community exists because, even in brilliant organisations, learning and development isn’t always the top priority. Sometimes, that’s for perfectly valid reasons - perhaps there’s a great culture of informal mentoring instead - but it can still leave gaps in the skills people need to thrive. We want to give you something that feels like “in-house” continuous learning, no matter where you work.

But this page isn’t just about what we (Jen and Heather) have to say - it’s about learning from each other too. Everyone in this community, whatever your role or level, has something valuable to share. Whether you’re early in your career or a senior leader, your insights and questions matter. The topics we focus on will follow the training sessions we run, but we hope this also becomes a positive space where anyone can ask a question - and anyone can offer an answer.

Together, we can create a fantastic melting pot of learning, sharing, and growing.

Between us, we bring decades of coaching, training, mentoring, and HR experience, all tied together with a deep understanding of organisational psychology - the science that explains why workplaces (and people!) behave the way they do.

That means you’ll find plenty of practical tips and solutions here, but also something deeper: an understanding of why your thoughts and actions matter, and how to make positive change stick. That’s the real power of continuous learning - it’s not just about getting through today, it’s about building skills for the long haul.

Learning Membership is our tier of membership for members who want to join the sessions live. While we don’t mind talking to each other, we would far rather get involved with a live audience - that’s when the magic happens in training.

As well as being able to join each and every session, we will run a live Q&A session approximately 2 weeks after each programme. While some people love to be vocal in sessions, others like to reflect and have their best questions after the training has finished. This will be an opportunity for everyone to come along, listen to each others questions and our answers, and this will help to embed the learning further.

This is a great idea in particular if you’re coming to use to “work smarter”. We tend to learn a series of hacks in regular training that solve one problem at a time, but these hacks don’t allow us to easily create our own strategies for working more efficiently overall. The more of our programmes you attend, the more confident you will become in creating your own efficiencies.

One last point: if you’re in another timezone, we will be moving our live sessions around the day. However, if we do find we have people wanting to join from a very different time zone, we will move the programme to ensure you can participate without having to get out of bed at 4am!
