The Johari Window is an excellent tool for preparing for personal and professional growth. This is a tool we use with clients who come to us for coaching when they aren’t 100% sure what they want to work on. We love it because it is seemingly simple, but it pushes each of us to do a couple of things; some self-reflection, and some feedback gathering. It is a fantastic way to focus our minds on development and growth. To ensure you can get the best from using this tool, in this document we will guide you through with additional insights and suggestions.The best professional development tools take a certain amount of application and bravery. The Johari Window is no different. But we encourage you to use it, because it will provide you with some areas for growth.We will be running a survey with everyone who downloads the tool to discover the areas of interest generated by this exercise. We already have 20 training sessions in preparation, but we want to hear what you want to see from us. We have a free training session coming up to start this off – you can find more information on page 10. We believe it’s a topic that will resonate, especially with what many of us are experiencing currently.
